What's New Card Filtering (Markdown)
What's New card filters require, at a minimum, that the collections that the filter applies to are within a ui-x-tag-filters section, and the card topics are labeled with filter tags.
Optionally, you can specify tag filter groups that will be completely hidden, including title, text and collections, when all of the cards within that group have been filtered out.

This whole section, together with the title, should be hidden when all the cards in the DITA group are filtered out.
Do so now by clearing all filters and then selecting markdown group in the filter drop-down.
