To Import Tasks from Excel Spreadsheets

  1. Click Tasks > More Actions > Import.
  2. In the Import Tasks window, click the link to download a sample spreadsheet.
  3. Enter values into the sample spreadsheet. Populate the Assigned To, Status, and Description columns. You can optionally populate more columns.
  4. Save the completed import template to your computer and close it.
  5. In the Import Tasks window, click Browse to navigate to the saved spreadsheet.
  6. Click Start Import.

After the tasks are imported, they are visible in the Tasks area.
