Assets on Sheets on Mobile

Create and track assets on sheets in the mobile viewer.

View and Hide Assets

To show or hide asset markups on sheets in the mobile viewer:

1. In the Autodesk Construction Cloud app, navigate to the Sheets tool.

2. Tap on a sheet to open it in the viewer.

3. Tap on Android, or on iOS, and then tap Assets.

   Asset markups are now visible on the sheet, colored according to status.

4. Tap on an asset to open the asset details. You can then work with assets as described for assets on sheets on web.

5. Use the Details tab to view and edit asset details.

6. Use the References tab to add references to files, forms, issues, photos and videos, RFIs, and sheets as needed.

7. Click Duplicate to create a copy of the asset markup on the sheet.

8. Click Delete to delete the asset markup from the sheet.

9. Repeat step 3 above to hide asset markups.

Create Asset Markups

When assets are visible on a sheet in the mobile viewer, you can create asset markups as described in Create and Track Assets on Sheets.

1. Tap the assets icon in the toolbar that appears at the top-right:

   

   • To create an asset, select a category from the Categories tab.

     Note: These categories are preconfigured in your Assets settings. Learn more

   • To create a markup for an existing asset, select an asset from the Assets tab.

2. Along the top of the same toolbar, select the markup tool you want to use, and tap Done.

   

3. Tap on the sheet in the viewer to start adding your markup. Depending on the tool selected, you may need to follow the instructions on your device to create the markup.

4. Use the Asset Details panel to add details and references, and duplicate or delete the asset as needed.
