AutoCAD Connector - Manage Data Exchanges
This topic details how you can manage the Data Exchanges after you have created or loaded them using the AutoCAD Connector.
Delete a Data Exchange
You can delete the Data Exchanges that you created from your AutoCAD Connector interface using this feature.
Click Data Exchange under the Collaborate tab.
Select the Data Exchange that you want to delete from the Connector interface.
Click the More menu and click Delete from the drop-down list.
Click Yes, to delete the Data Exchange.
View Data Exchange on Web
This section explains how to view a selected Data Exchange from the loaded exchanges list on Autodesk Docs. When you select a Data Exchange for viewing, you will be redirected to Autodesk Docs and the Data Exchange will be displayed on a new web browser window.
Select the relevant Data Exchange from the Connector interface.
Click the More menu and click View on Web from the drop-down list.
Autodesk Docs will open in a new browser, where you can view the Data Exchange.
Select Elements of a Data Exchange
You can select the components from your Data Exchange using this feature. This will help you to identify the elements from a specific Data Exchange in your AutoCAD file.
Select the Data Exchange from the Connector interface.
Click the More menu and click Select Elements from the drop-down list.
It highlights the selected Data Exchange elements in AutoCAD.
