Automated Sign Out
Administrators are automatically signed out of Account Admin or Project Admin after 30 minutes of inactivity.
For the purpose of automated sign out, activity is defined as any user activity that makes a request to Autodesk for Government such as clicking a tab, link, or submitting information.
Note: Filling out a form without clicking submit does not count as an activity, because the information is stored within the web browser. You must click submit for this to count as an activity for the purpose of automated sign out.
Best Practice: To keep your administration data secure, we recommend that you explicitly sign out of Account Admin or Project Admin any time you expect to be away from your computer.
