Updating Sources and Shots Sequences in Shot Publish
When using Shots Publish workflow with Connected Conform, it is recommended to move the published sequence outside of your Reel Group before updating the Sources/Shots sequence to avoid creating references to published media in your sequences. With Connected Conform workflows, published content is added to additional tracks in the sequences so the published sequences are not needed. To do so, disable the Copy Exported Clip in Project option from the Clip Options menu of the Media Export's Show Advanced Options.
