General Settings

You can access your hub's general settings if you have an Admin role.

Note: An Admin role is required to access the General Settings. See Get Started: Grant Access to Info360 Plant for more information. Learn more about assigning roles from manage.autodesk.com in the article User management admin roles.

In Admin General Settings you can set:

  • Date/time format and time zone
  • Default location
  • Default map settings
  • Default system of measurement
  • Default service levels: These are used in the Incident Manager when creating an Impact for an incident.
  • Currency
  • Default tenant scenario: Applicable only if you have Machine Learning models available.
  • (AMER hubs only) Template: Allow users to share their analytic and workspace templates externally. Sharing a template externally shares it with all Info360 hubs, including those outside your organization.

Make sure to click Save Settings in the top-right corner whenever you make any modifications on this page.
