About Horizontal Road Manipulators
Use horizontal manipulators to edit the horizontal geometry of component roads. To use horizontal manipulators, you must display the road in plan view.
Note: To use vertical manipulators, you must pitch the model and view the road from a profile view.
Endpoint
Endpoint moves the start or end point of a road. When the endpoint grip is moved, the elevation adjusts to match the existing ground.
Midpoint
Midpoint moves a tangent.
Point of Tangency
Point of Tangency modifies the start or end point of a curve. This manipulator affects the curve length and radius.
Curve Radius
Curve Radius modifies the radius of a curve.
Point of Intersection
Point of Intersection (PI) moves the point at which two tangents intersect.
