This document lists product fixes which have been made in InfoWorks WS Pro 2025.3.
See Known Limitations and Issues for a list of limitations that we are aware of.
The fixes listed here are those that are viewed as likely to impact on users in an unexpected way, mainly changed simulation results, or differences in behaviour that might not be obvious.
Upload to Info360 from Baseline shows wrong icon
When selecting "Prepare for Info360.com" from a Baseline, the "Upload completed" message shows a warning icon. The message is not a warning. This is fixed. The message displays a blue information icon.
Cloud simulation results menu
A Cloud Simulation's context menu shows result menu items (Download Results, Open As) while the run is in progress. These menu items should not be available until the run is completed. This is fixed.
Transient Max Head
The Max Head result was incorrect for TS simulations if the pressure at a node was negative during the entire simulation. This is fixed.
WS Pro Exchange
The WSRunScheduler.get_run_mo method would cause a crash if there was no valid run object. This is fixed.
Moving demand in the Skeletoniser
If a network has demand assigned to nodes (not customer points), the skeletoniser's "delete links" tool can use a simulation to move demand to upstream nodes. Some demand does not move in the correct direction. This is fixed.
EPANET export
The EPANET exporter truncated the pipe names to 28 characters. However, in the vertices section they were truncated to 31 characters. This could lead to a mismatch between the pipes and the vertices. This is fixed.
Water Quality Simulations
Water Quality Simulations were significantly slower in WS Pro 2025.1. This is fixed.
Simulation export
Results export by right-clicking a simulation always used the base scenario. This is fixed.
Long section printing
Printing long sections would occasionally use the wrong scaling. This is fixed.
MSQ pipe settings
Settings for pipe solutes and pipe constants were not working correctly. This is fixed.
Shape File Export
When exporting to shape files, it was possible to create duplicate field names by using long field names. The exporter did not check if the truncated field names were identical. This is fixed.
Cloud simulations
Redundant cache files for customer points and traces were being generated and uploaded for cloud simulations in the housekeeping job. This is fixed.
Transportable databases
Simulations were always white in transportable databases even if the simulation had succeeded. This is fixed.
SQL Builder
GIS fields were not always inserted at the current cursor location in the SQL Builder. This is fixed.
