IWLive Pro Operator Client Permissions dialog

This dialog is for setting up permissions to control access to various areas of the IWLive Pro Operator Client software application.

The dialog is accessible from InfoWorks WS Pro to administrators (when no objects are shown in the main window) by selecting File | Database settings | IWLive permissions. This menu item is enabled only when user permissions are implemented for the current database.

Description

Implement IWLive permissions in this database

Indicates that IWLive Pro Operator Client permissions are to be applied to restrict connectivity and functionality for the current database.

Only database owners can connect to InfoWorks WS+ Pro

Permissions

Permission	Description
User	User list. Database owners are identifiable by an asterisk.
Administrator Connect	If checked, enables the user to connect to a database when running the IWLive Pro Operator Client Administrator.
Operator Connect	If checked, enables the user to connect to a database when running the IWLive Pro Operator Client Operator.
Advanced Operator	If checked, gives the user access to advanced operator functions.
Server	If checked, enables the user to run the IWLive Pro Server service under their account name and to run server console apps from the command line.

Commits the changes and close the dialog.

Cancel

Cancels the changes and close the dialog.
