    Retargeting workflow

Using the HumanIK character solver, you can set up non-destructive animation retargeting.

    To retarget animation

    1. Set up your source and target characters as HumanIK characters. See Set up a HumanIK character.
    2. Set the retargeting options you want, then retarget the animation. See Retarget animation from one character to another.
    3. (Optional) Adjust retargeting parameters.
    4. (Optional) Bake retargeted animation to the target character.
Note: You do not have to bake to see the result of your animation retargeting.
