    Using joint labels

    Labeling skeleton joints let you assign standard, consistent labels to your source and target skeletons, which is useful when you retarget or mirror animation. See Label skeleton joints for steps on how to label joints in Maya as well as Toggle the visibility of joint labels and Remove labels from joints
