MEP Content Editor Troubleshooting

This section contains information to help you troubleshoot issues you may encounter when setting up and using MEP Content Editor and MEP Content Editor Sync. If you can't find a solution in the troubleshooting section, please Contact Support and open a request.

  1. Access Contact Support.
  2. Click the "Using and Troubleshooting My Software" card.
  3. Select "Revit" in the "Select a Product" field.
  4. Describe your issue.
  5. Click on "Options".
  6. Explore the solutions under "Self-service options" or click on "Create a case" to get in touch with Support.
