Installation Issues

Issue: MEP Content Editor Sync fails to install.

Solution:

1. Remove the potential corrupted ODIS installation. For details, refer to this article.

2. Reinstall Autodesk Access.

3. Try installing MEP Content Editor Sync again.

   You may receive the message, "Unable to install, a required install component is missing or corrupted Error 3051." If so, click the link in the message to install the missing component.
