Raw Reactive Viscosity Input dialog
This dialog allows you to enter raw reactive viscosity data in a number of different forms to suit various measurement methods.
Input Format
The Input Format controls the way that the reactive viscosity data is entered into the dialog. Changing this either updates which columns are displayed in the Reactive Viscosity Data Table, or hides the selection if reactive viscosity model parameters are entered manually.
Non-isothermal Input Format: the Reactive Viscosity Data Table will show Time, Temperature, Shear Rate, Viscosity and Heating Rate columns. Select this option if your data was obtained while applying a non-zero heating rate. Ideally this should contain data in the pre-curing phase to determine the temperature-shear_rate-viscosity relationship and the onset of cure to determine its influence on viscosity.
Isothermal Input Format: the Reactive Viscosity Data Table will show Time, Temperature, Shear Rate and Viscosity columns. Select this option if your data was obtained while the temperature was kept constant. Ideally this should contain data in the pre-curing phase to determine the temperature-shear_rate-viscosity relationship and the onset of cure to determine its influence on viscosity.
Basic Input Format: the Reactive Viscosity Data Table will show Temperature, Shear Rate and Viscosity columns. Select this option if you only have these values available. This is the least preferred but sometimes the only option available. It should contain data mainly in the pre-cure state, and no influence of curing can be fitted (C1 & C2 = 0)
Reactive Viscosity Model Input Format: the Reactive Viscosity Data Table will be disabled. Instead, the fitting process will not use any raw reactive viscosity data and allow you to enter the coefficients manually after an initial fit has been completed.
Tabulated Reactive Viscosity Data
The Reactive Viscosity Data Table consists of columns depending on your selection in the Input Format drop down list. You can either enter data directly in this table or use the Text Editor to paste in space or tab separated values.
Reactive Viscosity Test Information
This section of the dialog contains information about the material test such as the source, method and date of creation.
