Edit and Manage Picklists
Use the Picklist Manager to edit existing picklists, view where they're used, or delete them from your site.
To access the Picklist Manager, open the main navigation menu and go to Administration > System Configuration > Picklist Manager.

Edit a picklist
Click Edit under the Action column to update the following details of a picklist:
- Name
- Description
- Defined values (for defined picklists)
- Workspace and filter settings (for workspace picklists)
See where picklist is used
Click Where Used under the Action column to view a list of all locations where the picklist is in use, including:
- Workspaces
- Workspace tabs
- Tab fields
Delete a picklist
Click Delete under the Action column to permanently remove a picklist from your site.
