Use the Thickness dialog to add thicknesses to a Model.
Click Home tab > Toolpath Setup panel > Thickness to display the Thickness dialog.
The name of the dialog changes depending on which tab you select:
- Surfaces — Displays the Component Thickness dialog which enables you to give different components (typically model surfaces) a specific uniform thickness, or a specific Axial thickness and a specific Radial Thickness. It also enables you to assign different thicknesses to components depending on the toolpaths or boundaries using them.
- Verification — Displays the Verification Thickness dialog which enables you to verify multiple model thicknesses.
- Surface Defaults — Displays the Thickness Preferences dialog which enables you to set all your default thickness rules for the model you are to machine.
