You can group levels together. To do this, put the name of the group in front of the name of the level and separate the names using a colon ':'.
For example, suppose we have the following levels:
- 5 : bottle
- 6 : handle
To group these levels together, we rename the levels as follows:
- 5 : top : bottle
- 6 : top : handle
You can name a level in the following ways:
- Using the Levels drop-down list.
- Using the Level dialog.
- Using the Edit groups dialog.
The two levels now belong to the group called top.
On the Levels toolbar, the following changes can be seen:
- the buttons of the two levels have changed to the same colour.
- a new button appears representing the group of levels. It displays the first part of the name of the group.
- the colour of the group button matches that of the two levels.
You can show or hide a group of levels by selecting or deselecting the group button. When a level in a group or a group is deselected, its button has a border containing the colour of the group to indicate it is deselected. In the example below, level 5 has been deselected.
Each time you create another group, another group button is added with a different colour.
You can add and remove levels from groups by adding and removing the group name from the level name.
