Use the geometry tab to define basic connection elements:
- positions of the column and the beam with respect to each other
- connection type (one- or two-sided)
If Two-sided is selected, the Symmetrical connection option is available; if selected, the connection of beams on 2 sides of the column is symmetrical with respect to the column.
- element connecting the beam with the column:
- plate
- angle
- additional stiffening elements for the connection:
- brackets
- seat profiles.
Note: The number of tabs in this dialog depends on the selected type of connecting elements, additional stiffening elements and connection type:welded or bolted.
