PDF Preferences
Description
This form is used to control the layout and content of the PDF document.
Outline Procedure
This form is accessible from the Preferences item on the Results Viewer form toolbar, when the PDF View tab is selected.
Preferences are saved using the OK button.

Field Help
General:
Page Type
Set the page size by selecting one of the pre-defined options from the drop down list.
Images

| Show All | Include all applicable images in the document |
| Show All Except Top Image | Include all applicable images in the document, except top main image |
| Show Top Image Only | Include top image and exclude other images from the document |
| Hide All | Exclude all images from the document |
Main Sections on New Page
Top level sections start on a new page if this option is checked. A more compact document can be created if this options is unchecked.
Show Data Report Links
Certain reports display a list of hyperlinks at start of the document. These links can be omitted using this option.
Page View
This sets the initial display mode to either 'Fit to Page' (default) or 'Fit to Width'.
Margins:
Reverse Margins on Even Pages
If this option is unchecked, then all pages in the document will have the same value for all left margins and the same value for all right margins. Alternatively, the margins can be mirrored by checking this option. This means that for even-numbered pages (left-hand-side pages), the outer margin is the left margin while the right margin is the inner margin; for odd-numbered pages (right-hand-size pages), the outer margin is the right margin while the left margin is the inner margin.
Top / Bottom / Left / Right
Set the top, bottom, left and right margins by entering the required number in the units given.
Header:
Format Title
Click this button to show the Titles form which allows the header content to be changed.
Show Reduced Header
Select this checkbox to omit the address and logo to produce a reduced height header.
Footer:
Reverse Footer on Even Pages
Select this checkbox to swap the location of the left and right sections of the footer on even-numbered pages.
Show Date and Time Printed
Select this checkbox to include the date and timestamp in the footer.
Show Page Numbering
Select this checkbox to include page numbering.
Page Number Format
The required page number format is set by selecting one of the pre-defined options from the drop-down list.
Page Numbering Starts At
The page numbering can be set to start with any positive integer.
Page Numbering Prefix
A page number prefix can be defined if required.
