User Notes
Description
This form allows issues to be noted without affecting the analysis or results.
Outline Procedure
For a project, this form is accessible through File | Notes in the Main Menu.
For a Design Section or Design Beam, select Notes on the right-click menu of the Design Section(s) or Design Beam(s) Active Group Tree List.
It is also accessible through a pop-up menu opened by right-clicking on many data entry forms.
New notes content may be added by typing it in. Old content may be erased in the same way.
The Clear button removes all content.
The Cancel button closes the form, with content as when the form was opened.
The OK button closes the form, saving its modified content.
User Notes can be printed via File | Data Reports.
Embedded design sections or beams can each have their own notes separate from the project notes. These design object notes will appear in the data report together with their respective design object.
