Subscribe to Schedules

Schedule dashboards to be sent automatically at a regular cadence. When scheduling dashboards, you can configure settings specific to content, date, and email.

Access Schedule Settings

  1. Click Dashboards from the left navigation in Insight Builder.

  2. Click the relevant dashboard.

  3. Click Scheduling > Schedules in the upper right corner of the page.

  4. In the Schedules panel that opens on the right, click Add schedule.

  5. Enter the name of your schedule. Optionally, enter the description.

  6. Configure content, date, and email settings.

  7. Click Save or click Save and run now.

    Tip: You can click Send test to verify that you've configured your settings as needed.
