Map Vault Properties
After selecting a workspace, the user must map the properties between Vault and Fusion Manage. This defines which Vault property data maps to which Fusion Manage field during synchronization.
To Use a Default Mapping:
Click the Use Default button. This will populate the mapping grid with a predefined set of common properties to get you started. You can then add, remove, or replace these default mappings as needed. To Add a New Property Mapping:
The Fusion Manage Property dropdown is automatically filtered based on the data type of the selected Vault Property to ensure compatibility. For example:
- A Vault Item property can only be mapped to an Item property in Fusion Manage.
- A Vault Text property can only be mapped to compatible text fields in Fusion Manage, such as Single Line Text, Paragraph, or Paragraph w/o Line Break.
- We will only show Fusion Manage properties whose Editable attribute is set to True or Creation only.
- From the Vault Property dropdown, select the desired Vault property.
- Click the Fusion Manage Property dropdown, and select the corresponding property in your Fusion Manage workspace.
- Click the Add button.
This table illustrates all the data types that are supported:

|---|---|
| Numeric | Float; Integer; Long |
| Bool | CheckBox |
| DateTime | Date |
