Problem report KPIs

The Statistics and KPIs section contains fields that automatically capture when the report was submitted and when it was either closed or completed. The duration is calculated as the difference between the Submitted date and either the Completion or Closure date. The duration can be analyzed later on to determine whether this process can be improved.

1. On the Dashboard, under My Outstanding Work select the report you want to review.

2. Scroll to the section Statistics & KPIs.
