Circular Pattern dialog box

Creates circular patterns of sketch geometry.

Access

Ribbon: Sketch tab Pattern panel Circular

Geometry
Specifies the geometry for the pattern.
Axis
Selects the axis about which the pattern is created.
Flip Direction
Flips the direction of the pattern.
Count
Specifies the number of elements in the pattern (including the selected geometry).
Spacing
Specifies the angle between the first and last pattern elements. The default is 360 degrees (full circle). You can use a parametric equation.
Provides commands to suppress geometry, and control how the pattern is created.

Suppress Suppresses the selected elements and changes the line style to dashed. Suppressed elements are not included in profiles or drawing sketches. In features that consume the geometry, it is necessary to suppress the elements manually.

Associative Specifies whether the pattern is associative. If checked, pattern elements are constrained together and updated together. If not selected, removes constraints, and the pattern does not update when you change an element. Sometimes deletes individual curves.

Fitted Specifies whether the pattern elements are equally fitted within the specified angle. If not selected, the pattern spacing measures the angle between elements instead of the overall angle for the pattern.
