FE Model

This is the next sub-level in the tree under Analysis and it has one main sub-level:

• Mesh Model

Right-click on FE Model. The following options are available if the model is a Part or an Assembly:

• Edit
• Paste
• Add Material Orientation

Additional sub-levels can be added to the FE Model tree through the Edit command:

• Physical Properties
• Surface Contacts
• Concentrated Masses
• Connectors

Right-click on Mesh Model. The following options are available:

• Edit
• Switch To:
  • Global Mesh
  • Mesh Table
• Update All Meshes
• Delete All Meshes
• Display All Meshes
• Hide All Meshes
• Check Quality for All Meshes
• Add Mesh Control
• Auto Mesh

The lower level tree entities under Mesh Model are:

• Total Nodes
• Total Elements
