The
CNC Info options are used to set up the basic parameters for a CNC program:
- Machine — Use this option to set the basic characteristics of the machine.
- General — Use this option to set the output program format.
- NC Codes — Use this option to set the exact character string for different NC commands.
- Coolant — Use this option to set coolant types, on, and off codes.
- Feeds & Speeds — Use this option to change the minimum and maximum spindle speeds and feed rates in a CNC program.
- Fixture ID — This is a list with valid fixture IDs.
- Turrets — This describes all of the turrets on a lathe.
- Spindles — This contains the M codes for selecting the spindles.
- Cycles — This specifies the manner in which drilling, threading and grooving cycles are handled.
- Multi-Axis — This selects the multi-axis machine type, and configures its dimensions.
- Word Formatting — Use this option to configure the format of numeric reserved words.
- Manage Files — Display the
Files dialog, which you can use to split the nc file into multiple intermediate files, and then combine these intermediate files in different ways to create multiple output files.
