To Edit Keynotes in a Keynote Database

Use this procedure to change the key or the note for a keynote within a database.

1. Click Annotate tab Keynoting panel Keynote Editor .
2. In the Keynote Editor, select a database from the Keynote Database list.
3. Expand the root node and group/subgroup nodes as necessary, and select the keynote you want to edit.
4. Click .

   The Keynote Properties dialog box is displayed with the read-only ID field showing the database identifier for the keynote you are editing.

   

5. Edit the key and note values as desired, and click OK.
