You can create and modify keynote databases using Microsoft
Access directly if you are familiar with that product and with the structure of keynote databases in AutoCAD Architecture 2022 toolset. However, the preferred method is to use the Keynote Editor provided with the software. For databases to which you have read/write access, most of the Keynote Editor functions are also available from the Select Keynote dialog box.
Note: If you are working in a multi-user environment, it is recommended that you modify a keynote database only when no other users are accessing it.
