Workflow: Configure Iso Style Title Block and Bill of Materials

Customize the way Isometric drawings are created.

  1. To Create or Change an Isometric Style
    Create a new Isometric Style. For example, you can create a style for spool drawings.
  2. To Configure the Title Block Drawing Area
    Set the size of the Isometric drawing areas and specify areas to exclude.
  3. To Configure a Table Layout (for BOM, Cut Piece, Weld, and Spool Lists)
    Specify the location of the tables and the reports (BOM and lists) that you want to include. You can also customize the columns and grouping in the report.
  4. To Add or Modify Title Block Attributes
    Add project and line data to the isometric drawing by adding attribute definitions to the title block.
  5. To Set Up Annotations for an Iso Style
    Specify how you want Iso objects to be annotated in the drawing.
  6. To Set Up Dimensions
    Specify the what items you want to be dimensioned and where you want them dimensioned to.
  7. To Set Indicators for Sloped and Offset Piping
    Specify how you want slopes and skews to be identified in the isometric drawing.
  8. Configure Isometric Title Block Themes
    Specify piping that is created, dimensioned, and annotated differently. For example, small-bore piping.
