The Polyline Support 
tool creates a type of support structure for holding additive parts, and dissipating heat, during the build process.
This type of support adds parallel polyline walls between the part and the build platform, or between two surfaces on the same part. The walls are typically thin and can be featureless or structured with a specified pattern.
Compared to volume or bar supports, polyline supports are not as strong, but are easier to break off after the build process is complete.
Note: This feature is available only when you select a machine with additive MPBF or SLA/DLP capabilities.
