You can view a BOM configuration for a particular revision of an item, including the latest version and any superseded revisions.
The effective date of the configuration shown varies according to the revision you select:
Latest Version (default)
The configuration shown is for today's date, as shown by the date that appears in the BOM View as of field. The date on which the revision came into effect is displayed in the item header.
You can choose to view the revision's configuration as of a different date, both past and future as of the shown Effective date.
Superseded Revisions
The configuration shown is for the last date the revision was in effect, as shown by the date that appears in the BOM View as of field. The effectivity date range of the revision is displayed in the item header.
You can choose to view the revision's configuration as of a different date as long as it is within the effectivity date range.
