Sheets Advanced Settings
The Advanced settings tab enables members with Manage permissions to enable or disable public sharing.
Important: This setting affects both the Sheets tool and the Files tool.
Click the toggle on to enable public sharing. Members can now share sheets and files with anyone. Click the drop-down and select the number of days before the links expire.
Click the toggle off to disable public sharing. Any links previously shared with anyone will no longer work, and members won't be able to share links with anyone.
