Fill Out and Submit Forms

There are two types of forms that you may fill out in the Forms tool:

Forms built using the Template Builder: A form with sections that you can navigate through using the left side of the form. Each section contains questions that may ask you to select from multiple options, provide a text response, and more.
PDF Forms: The form appears in a scrollable viewer with fillable fields

Note:

You can also leave comments on a form to flag information for your team. Learn more in Form Comments.
Changes made to a form are tracked in the activity log.
