Save Extracted Files
The final step in the extraction process is to save your drawings to folders. These can include folders with a naming standard applied.
After your drawings are extracted and saved to a folder, automatic hyperlinks will be turned on for that folder and all its subfolders. This means that any sheet number callouts are automatically converted into links if they reference drawings with the same sheet number attribute value in the folder and its subfolders. See Automatic Hyperlinks Settings for more details.
Before you click Save in the Review and Edit Attributes area:
Remove any pages that you don't want to extract
Edit or bulk edit attributes values if necessary
Ensure that there are no sheet number or custom attribute errors for any of the pages. If the Save button is disabled, you need either need to remove those pages or to resolve these errors before continuing.
Important: The Sheet number and Sheet title attributes will be created in the target folder if they don't already exist. The sheet number attribute value is required to generate automatic hyperlinks to other drawings. If Sheet number and Sheet title already exist as custom attributes in the project, their values will be overwritten.
