Schedule Administration

Administrative settings allow project managers with granular control over schedules. Key features include assigning schedule managers who can import, delete, and manage access to schedules. Permission levels like Viewer, Editor, and Creator allow precise control over what actions users can perform. Sensitive information is protected by controlling which schedule attributes are visible based on user permissions. This ensures the right people have the appropriate level of access.

Workplan administrative settings enable customization of the Workplan functionalities to match project needs. Managers can tailor the calendar, setting workdays and adding holidays. The Work Breakdown Structure can be defined and imported to efficiently organize tasks. Locations bring hierarchy for complex projects. Plan settings allow configuring defaults and specifics per plan, such as comparing to schedule, density of rows, and elements shown in swimlanes and task cards. This flexibility ensures the Workplan functionalities are optimized for each project.
