on the viewing toolbar, or open the Object Table
.

in the Category column to specify the Revit categories the property is applied to.

on the viewing toolbar, or open the Object Table
.

- Select the objects that you want to edit the properties for in the viewer.
- In the Extended Properties area, click in the field next to the value you want to edit.
- Search for, select, or add a value, to edit the property as required.
Note: When multiple objects with different values are selected in the viewer, the property value is displayed as < Varies >. You can edit the value for all selected objects by clicking < Varies >. To edit individual values, each model object must be selected separately. To use the Object Table to edit values:
- Check that the properties you want to edit have been added to the Object Table as columns.
- Select either a single or multiple rows in the object table that correspond to the objects you want to edit the values for.
- Click in the column corresponding to the property that you want to edit.
- Search for, select, or add a value, to edit the property as required.
Note: For numeric properties summarized within groups (Sum, Average, Min, Max), you can only set a value at the level of an individual object. The value is set for all selected objects. For other properties, the value can be set at the object group level, and is applied to all objects in the group.
