You can link alerts to a new or existing incident to track any required work.
To associate an alert to an incident:
- In Alerts, find the alert in the table and click on that row to open it.
- In the top-right corner, either:
- Click on Create Incident to create a new incident. See Create an Incident for more information.
- Or to link to an existing incident, click on the drop-down arrow beside Create Incident and click Add to Incident. Then select the relevant incident.
