Link Alerts to Incidents

You can link alerts to a new or existing incident to track any required work.

To associate an alert to an incident:

  1. In Alerts, find the alert in the table and click on that row to open it.
  2. In the top-right corner, either:
    • Click on Create Incident to create a new incident. See Create an Incident for more information.
    • Or to link to an existing incident, click on the drop-down arrow beside Create Incident and click Add to Incident. Then select the relevant incident.
