Resolve an Alert

Once you have reviewed or taken action on an alert, you can resolve it.

To resolve an alert:

  1. In Alerts, find the alert you want to resolve and click on the three dots icon on the right.
  2. Select Resolve Alert.

To reopen an alert:

  1. In Alerts, turn on the Show Resolved Alerts toggle at the top of the table.

  2. Find the alert you want to reopen and click on the three dots icon on the right.
  3. Select Re-Open Alert.

To view alert history:

  1. In Alerts, go to the Alert Criteria tab.
  2. Find the alert criteria you are interested in and click on that row.
  3. Go to the Alert History tab.
  4. You can see all the alerts for the alert criteria, as well as who resolved each one and when.
