Once you have reviewed or taken action on an alert, you can resolve it.
To resolve an alert:
- In Alerts, find the alert you want to resolve and click on the three dots icon
on the right.
- Select Resolve Alert.
To reopen an alert:
- In Alerts, turn on the Show Resolved Alerts toggle at the top of the table.
- Find the alert you want to reopen and click on the three dots icon
on the right.
- Select Re-Open Alert.
To view alert history:
- In Alerts, go to the Alert Criteria tab.
- Find the alert criteria you are interested in and click on that row.
- Go to the Alert History tab.
- You can see all the alerts for the alert criteria, as well as who resolved each one and when.
