Create User Defined Data Flags

Use data flags to record the source and integrity of data in your model.

To create data flags

1. Select File Database settings User defined flags. The User Defined Flags dialog is displayed.
2. In the blank line at the bottom of the list, type a one- or two-character name into the Name column, to identify the flag. You must not include the # character.
3. In the Description column, type a description of the flag.
4. Select a colour from the drop-down palette in the Display Colour column. The program will use this colour to highlight data items associated with this flag.
5. Click the OK button.
