Learn how to delete data flags if you are an administrator.
Other users that are not administrator can mark flags as obsolete.
The standard (#) data flags cannot be deleted.
To delete flags
- Choose File
Database settings User defined flags.
This displays the User Defined Flags dialog.
- Select the flag that you want to delete by clicking the left end of its row.
You can select multiple rows by holding the Ctrl key while selecting.
- Click the Delete button, or press the Delete key on your keyboard.
