Selecting vertices for immediate weighting

Immediate selection is a method of selecting vertices to make them available for weighting in one operation.

To select:

• a vertex — click the vertex
• a group of vertices — click-drag across a group of vertices in the Viewer window

To deselect:

• a vertex — right-click the vertex
• a group of vertices — right-click and drag to create a deselection area
• all vertices — double-click an empty location in the Viewer window
