Work with the Vault Browser

Toggle the Vault Browser

1. Click Vault tab > File Status panel > Vault Browser .

   Note: The Vault Browser is part of the Autodesk Vault add-in. If it is not available as an option on the Navisworks interface, select the Show in User Interface check box in the Options Editor > Tools > Vault.

Refresh the Vault Status

1. In the Vault Browser, click Refresh .

   Tip: This command only updates the vault status information for the currently opened files. If you want to get the latest data from the vault, right-click the file in the Vault Browser, and click Refresh File.

Filter the Vault Browser

• To list only files that are not currently in the vault, click Filter > Show Non-Vaulted Only.
• To list only files that have been modified, click Filter > Show Modified Files Only.

Toggle the Detail Panel

1. In the Vault Browser, click Show Detail Panel .
