| Latest version |  | The file matches the latest version in the vault, and is not checked out. The file name is shown in black/normal font. |
 | The file matches the latest version in the vault, and is checked out to the current user. The file name is shown in blue/bold font. | |
 | The file matches the latest version in the vault, and is checked out to other user. The file name is shown in grey/italic/strikethrough font. | |
| Historical version |  | The file matches a version which is not the latest version in the vault, and is not checked out. The file name is shown in black/normal font. |
| | The file matches a version which is not the latest version in the vault, and is checked out to the current user. The file name is shown in blue/bold font. | |
