Arranging and modifying slice stacks

Changing position, orientation, and scale

Note: Most, if not all tasks here require that a Slices section in the project tree, or any of the slice stacks within, is selected to have access to the necessary menu options.

To move a slice stack

  1. Select the slice to move.
  2. From the main menu, select Move.
  3. Provide the numbers depending on distance and direction, or use any of the buttons for a number of preset movements.
  4. Click the Translate button.

To rotate a slice stack

  1. Select the slice to rotate.
  2. From the main menu, select Rotate.
  3. Provide numbers for rotational angle (or use any of the presets) as well as location of the pivot, if necessary.
  4. Click the Rotate button.

To scale a slice stack

  1. Select the slice to scale.
  2. From the main menu, select Scale.
  3. Provide the numbers for scaling as well as scaling center, if necessary.
  4. Click the Scale button.

To mirror a slice stack

  1. Select the slice to scale.
  2. From the main menu, select Mirror.
  3. Specify the axis about which to mirror, and adjust the offset of the mirroring axis against the global coordinates, if necessary,
  4. Click the Mirror button.

To duplicate a slice stack

  1. Select the slice to scale.
  2. From the main menu, select Duplicate.
  3. Specify count and arrangement as necessary.
  4. Click the Duplicate button.
