Assets Reports
This topic includes information about the Assets Detail report.
The Assets Detail report is a list of assets with detailed fields such as asset name, tag number, serial number, model number, manufacturer, location, status, installation date, warranty expiration date, last maintenance date, next maintenance date, assigned to, created by, and other supporting information. You can export this report as a PDF.
When creating an Assets Detail report, you can toggle on the Save to Files option if you want to save your report to a desired folder in the Files tool.

Filter the report data by:
- Last updated on
- Category
- Location
- Created on
- Created by
You can filter data from:
- Today
- Past 7, 14, or 30 days
- Next 7, 14, or 30 days
- Specific date range
Click
to add more filters and further refine the data included in the report. Click Reset to clear all applied filters.
Duplicate report handling:
- Save as a new version: Update the existing report while keeping its history.
- Save as a new file: Create a new report without altering the original.
Sort the report data in ascending order
or descending order
by:
- Name
- Status
- Category
- Location
- Created on
- Last updated on
Under Options for your report, you can include the following:
- Cover page - Details about the report, such as organization logo (if desired), project and report name, created on/by, total items, group/sort/filters applied, report currency (if applicable)
- Table of contents - A list of sections and their corresponding page numbers.
- File links - Links to file attachments and references.
- Photos - Include photos associated with each asset.
- Other references - Include references associated with each asset.
