Schedule Reports
You can run the Schedule Suggestions Summary Report. The report includes a summary of suggested updates to the project schedule activities in a spreadsheet form.
Project managers can review those suggestions and take action if necessary.
When creating a Schedule suggestions summary report, you can toggle on the Save to Files option if you want to save your report to a desired folder in the Files tool.

Filter report data by:
- Schedule name
- Status
- Suggested by
- Delayed
- Cost impact
- Updated in schedule
- Root cause
- Activity type
- Critical
- Schedule data date
- Schedule version
Click
to add more filters and further refine the data included in the report. Click Reset to clear all applied filters.
Duplicate report handling:
- Save as a new version: Update the existing report while keeping its history.
- Save as a new file: Create a new report without altering the original.
You can sort the report data by Status in ascending order
or descending order
.
