You can reposition any component in an active assembly in one of the following ways:
- Double-click the component, or right-click the component and select Modify > Position from the context menu. Use the Component Position dialog to reposition the component.
- Move the cursor over the component to highlight an attachment. Drag the component to its new position.
As you move the cursor over the model, the component aligns itself to the geometry it is dragged over. Dropping the component on another component automatically creates a relation.
- You can use Quick rotate (hold down R and rotate the cursor wheel) while dragging a component. The component rotates around the attachment axis.
