From the user menu, you can access your Flow Production Tracking user account settings, the keyboard shortcuts, and set the information density of the Notes Stream tab.

To display more or less information about the version in the Notes Stream:

1. Open the user menu.

2. In the Preferences menu, select one of these two options:

   • Standard View offers a straightforward and clutter-free interface, displaying essential information in a familiar format. This option's ideal for users who prefer a clean and simple layout with essential information.
   • Detailed View can show any field from Flow Production Tracking linked to the displayed version. This option's perfect for users who need to access and display more detailed information and customize their view based on specific needs.
