Mirroring objects

Mirror turns selected symbols, objects, text, and groups about their vertical axis and repositions them as a mirror of the original placement.

Using Mirror in a schematic document

Symbols, objects, and text are placed back on the same layer. You can use Mirror in a schematic to simplify your design while you avoid crossing nets.

Using Mirror in a PCB document

Individual components can’t be mirrored, but instead can be flipped to the other side of the board using Flip. When a group with components is mirrored, the group is flipped to the other side of the board. Mirror is helpful when creating symmetrical PCBs such as audio amplifier circuits.
